This mentality of “Win at all cost”, it sounds like someone is using whatever way to get what he wants, which including sacrificing other people’s interests as well. If it is an individual we will condemn this behaviour not condone. But what if this happens on our government?
I see this trend, government are trying to coerce their citizens to do things they feel convenient. And then the trend from suggestion becomes mandatory.
Shouldn’t government’s job is to provide the useful information and the truth and let each individuals to make the decision instead?
Only if they do care about the truth in the first place.
