事半功倍 Yield the result with half the effort/ to achieve the result effortlessly/achieve twice the result with half the effort

拿得起放得下 Merry meet, merry part

心安有策、事緩則圓。Peaceful mind leads to viable plans, and things will go smoothly if you slow things down.
