16 April 2025 started  my intermittent fasting, broke a little on 24 April 2025 due ate early 3 hours, ate 9+ am today.

During 16 April – 21april I had two days off on Friday and Sunday I am actually thinking to take two days off a week on Fridays or Saturdays or rainy day. Running on real roads tend to be more difficult. I had experience of running on treadmill for about 2 years previously.

22 April 2025 I skipped the home work out bc mismanagement of my schedule.

24 I did 50mins jogging ate at 9-10am before my jogging

25 I did 45mins about jogging fasting 12-7:30 resumed hanging on the bar still about 30-40sec homework didn’t do due to anxiety and stress of my mind

26 I woke up literally 10-11 am had funny dreams. Because it’s Saturday? How hard I need to do? I feel no need. I want to grow taller and with larger breast but work out can’t help me with that so I thought why wouldn’t sleep Literally forced myself into rest a bit of raining but not the problem.

27 Fasting failed. After 10 days straight first time failed. Midnight I ate. Morning woke up 7:15 ish miracle. Went to jog for about 46mins in park. Pull up twice with back exercise twice. Sit up 4+2+3sets, plank 8 Did most home workouts but I forgot to finish before 10pm everyday.

28 Try 12-6 or 1-7 fasting 6 hours window time not sure using the right phrase or not. Did 3 sets of arm exercise pull up 1×1. I should begin jogging and after jogging do the pull up sections. 50 mins completed relatively effortless but forgot to use Strava and the dogs again!Did most home workouts also will add new.

29 April 2025 only jogged 28-30mins did exercises. In one hour completed homework outs and also took the shawer

30 9am woke up thinking to take a break instead to learn dancing or stretching. 11:30 ate. Took the rest one pull Did a bit homeworks. Around 4am slept

2 May 6am homeworkouts should have done leg exercises| 40mins | Goal is to in the greatest shape of my life

1May woke up 10:40 40mins ish, outdoor workouts done 👍

4 May nearly woke at 10am had problem to sleep again/ rest probably going to do some home workouts 20skipping rope 20mins jogging a bit home workout during the day

5 May 4+am slept… jump rope 20mins 17mins jog and some homeworks not yet hiit

6 May 10+ woke up
