27 midnight ate might pass today. 6-18 fasting not yet OMAD
28 1-6 stopped eating from 6pm
29 started eating around 11am woke up 5:40am finished my meal around early 5pm I had milk which was a wrong move feel so bloated now. Finally had some tuna.
30 6hrs had so many bananas.. I don’t know why I was so craving it
1 May ate around 11pm
3 May 11am ate one week one day or two weeks one day I can break the fasting rythme, I can do one meal a day if I feel like Im proceeding to switch my diet to high protein high fibre low carb one
4 May ate late 11+am finished before 7:30 started to record what I eat in a day and the calories 111g protein/ 174carbs/ 46.6fibre/ 1390kcal more 180+12inch cucumber 35kcal 1600kcal roughly
5 may need to maintain 1400kcal a day intake, want to try small meals several times a day style for a little bit 1841Kcal:protein108g fibre:42g carb:279carb fat:26.7 Abit of avocado oil
6 May small multiple meals don’t make me feel good, will go back to IF calorie calculators: eatthismuch/calorieking 7:44pm finished eating tomorrow gonna have 4-5eggs tomato sesame, cabbage tuna, cucumber cooked, red beans,
7 May stopped eating after 8pm
8 May started eating around 10am
