Racism

Racism derived from cultural or ethnic differences total elimination is unrealistic. Instead is the extent of racism and whether it destabilises society. The real concern becomes the degree of racism, whether the level of racism remains manageable or escalates into serious social instability.

Key elements for naturalness: cannot be entirely eliminated, to establish realism. Rather, instead, what matters is to shift focus. Degree, extend, to emphasise the spectrum. Instability, upheaval,  to describe consequences

Given the inherent differences between ethnicities, racism and division are inevitable realities. Interethnic conflict is natural the solution lies in emphasising (national) unity, maintaining equilibrium between groups and preventing fragmentation. Actively preserving social cohesion, balancing group interests, preventing separatist movements.

Racism stemming from ethnic differences …can only be managed through strong national unity, equitable treatment of different groups and active prevention of divisive movements.

Ethnic differences will always create potential for discrimination and division.

While ethnic awareness naturally leads to intergroup tensions, these can be contained through promoting shared national identity and suppressing separatist tendency.

Active control rather than elimination
